Center Stone: Approximately 0.50 carat Unheated Montana Sapphire 3 VS natural diamonds on each side gracefully fit in the mill grained pear shape pattern. Metal: 14k solid gold or 18k solid gold - please choose the gold color at checkout. Pictures are shown in 14k rose gold and in 18k yellow gold.
