All You Need to Know Before You Buy

Every single piece is created by hand in our studio. Production time is 2-4 weeks for custom orders.
If your order is not from our existing designs and it will be custom designed that will take an additional 1-2 weeks.If your order is from our Ready to Ship collection and it needs to be resized that will take 2-5 business days.

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with full insurance and signature requirement. Once your order is in transit you will receive the tracking number.
Orders $4k and above qualify for overnight FedEx or UPS. Please contact us for a free upgrade.If your order is under $4k but you need it rush we offer overnight upgrade for extra price.

Yes. Each order arrives in a custom Ring by Irina gift box, ready for gifting.
You will also receive a Jewelry Polishing Cloth to make sure your jewelry will always shine. -
We got you. We ship all of our engagement rings and fine jewelry pieces in unbranded packaging, without any company names or logos. No trigger words such as "ring", "band" or "jewelry" will be included.

We can offer you 50-50 payment plan.
Once you pay 50% of the total the 3D design + physical creation will begin. Once your fine jewelry is ready we will send you the pictures and the reserved link for the 2nd 50% payment. After that your package will be shipped out to you. -
For our US clients we offer 3rd party financing through Klarna. All questions regarding approval should be directed to Klarna directly.

Yes. You will receive a document for 1 year warranty. Please note it does not cover "wear and tear".
Our products come with a standard limited lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects in material or workmanship.

The best way to figure out your ring size is to go to your local jewelry store and have the sizing done professionally. If this is not feasible, we offer a plastic ring sizer that we can ship directly to you for free.
*Please note this is only a guide, therefore we cannot be responsible for incorrect ring size determination. Please contact us with any questions with regard to ring sizing at original.jewelry@yahoo.comIf you're interested in engagement rings with a thicker band width, please be advised that the ring may fit more snug on the finger and we recommend sizing up especially when stacking.

Fine jewelry needs special care. It is extremely advisable not to wear your jewelry during working out, cleaning house, swimming, outdoor activities.
To safely clean your jewelry soak it for 20-40 minutes in a bowl of warm water mixed with mild dish soap. After that, gently scrub with a soft toothbrush to remove grime particularly under the setting. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a microfiber cloth.
Some gemstones that are 7 or lower on Mohs scale need extra special attention. For example emerald, opal, pearl, turquoise, tanzanite, etc.

We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. You may return or exchange any qualifying jewelry within 14 days of receiving your order.
Any item returned to Rings by Irina must be unworn and undamaged in order to receive a return or exchange.
Qualifying jewelry is anything from Ready to Ship collection that was not resized.
Custom made jewelry is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Engagement rings purchased through Rings by Irina are eligible for complimentary resizing for the first 60 days, customer pays shipping both ways.
Outside of the 60-Day Complimentary Resizing period, we are more than happy to resize your engagement ring at any point during the lifetime of its wear for a fee.
Some of our designs, for example vine leaf filigree eternity bands, are not resizable.

The wider the surface area the tighter it will fit.
When you begin to add stacking bands to your existing engagement ring, you may need to size up your rings. It's advisable to order the matching band 0.25 size bigger.

Yes, your ring will come with a Certificate from a GIA Certified Gemologist/Appraiser if your order is $4k and above.
If your order is less than $4k you can add this service for an additional fee. Please contact us for more details. -
Based on our experience Jewelers Mutual is one of the best insurance companies for fine jewelry. They offer different plans for different budget.
